Applications are due, along with a $25 application fee and a photo of the applicant, no later than December 10, 2022.

Applications postmarked on or after December 10, 2022. But on or before December 15, 2022 will have the option of submitting a late fee of $50 plus the application fee of $25.

If your application is postmarked after December 10th, but on or before December 15, 2022, you will be notified of this option via certified mail or by telephone.
